i agree with oddo... any kind of debris just doesn't seem to fit. it does look like a neglected offshore diving platform, though.

If Cubans make it to the states in a boat they are lucky, che, usually it's innertubes and the doggie paddle...reminds me just how lucky us yankees really are.
